Our turnaround times are given in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 09:00 – 17:00, excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 5pm or on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day. If still not sure, please get in touch.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Bold Threadz via our website.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.

2. Order Processing​

Non-Personalised Items

We aim to dispatch non-personalised orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, amendments cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Personalised Items

We aim to begin production of personalised items within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Because personalised goods are made to your specification, amendments must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has started.

3. Delivery​

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of contract.

If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery timeframe, you will be offered a revised date or the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Enhanced delivery services (such as express shipping) are charged at the rate shown during checkout.

Risk and Ownership

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person nominated by you.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and delivery has taken place.

4. Your Right to Cancel (Non-Personalised Items)

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of cancellation.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Not show signs of use beyond inspection

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return). Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Standard delivery costs will be refunded where legally required. Upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.

5. Personalised Items – No Right to Cancel

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to personalised goods once production has commenced.

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or not as described.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

For personalised items, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery where possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the fault (where possible)

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
