Orders placed after 5pm or on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day.

You can return the item within 14days of receipt.

Personlised items
Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. In the event of finding a fault relating to the product you have received, please inform us by email or by filling in the contact form on our contact page within 12 hours of delivery, so we can act to rectify this for you. Where possible, please provide us with photographs of any issue(s) with the item(s) you have received, so we can gauge a better understanding of the problem and come to a suitable resolution.
